Rockinghorse Productions was born of the lifelong passion that its founders share for the process of creating memorable entertainment. Formed in 2008 by Penny Perry and Eugene Davis, our mission is to produce films for moviegoers everywhere. The company is committed to bringing to the screen original stories from filmmakers around the world and is constantly searching for and developing new relationships with such filmmakers.

Our guiding principle is to therefore select, develop and complete movies for distribution that appeal to audiences in all major territories and media internationally. The projects have been and will continue to be, selected and developed according to their qualities of uniqueness, positive meaning, social relevance, and unforgettable entertaining stories.
